When to Surf Morocco: The Seasonal Guide

Autumn (October – November)

The Atlantic waking up. Clean, glassy mornings, warm water (19-21Β°C), and 3 to 6ft swells. Ideal for both beginners progressing on beach breaks and intermediates carving point breaks.

Winter (December – February)

Peak surf season. Heavy North Atlantic low pressures push consistent 6 to 15ft groundswells. Anchor Point, Boilers, and Killer Point fire on all cylinders. Tamraght's protected bays offer safe perfection.

Spring (March – May)

Long sunny days, fewer crowds, and highly consistent 3 to 6ft waves. Excellent conditions for rapid progression, longboard glides, and sunset sessions in Tamraght.
