Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking. By completing a reservation enquiry or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and all guests in your party.
1. About Us
Tama Surf Morocco SARL operates surf coaching, yoga retreats, and boutique riad accommodation at Rue des Falaises, Tamraght Oufella, Agadir-Ida Ou Tanane, Morocco under the brand Tama Surf Morocco.
2. Booking & Reservation
2.1 Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and a written confirmation message from Tama Surf.
2.2 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from your final balance.
2.3 Final Balance
The remaining balance is due 21 days before your arrival date. For bookings made within 21 days of arrival, the full amount is due immediately upon confirmation.
2.4 Pricing
All prices are quoted in EUR per person per week unless otherwise stated. GBP and USD prices shown are indicative only and subject to exchange rate fluctuations — the EUR price is binding. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to bookings@tamasurf.com.

3.1 Cancellation by Tama Surf
In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking (force majeure, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control), we will offer a full credit for a future stay or a full refund of monies paid. Tama Surf is not liable for consequential costs (flights, insurance, other accommodation) incurred by the guest.
4. Changes to Bookings
Date changes requested more than 42 days before arrival are accommodated free of charge (subject to availability). Changes within 42 days are treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with applicable charges as per Section 3.
5. What’s Included & Excluded
Included (unless otherwise stated)
- 7-night boutique riad accommodation in your chosen room tier
- Daily Moroccan breakfast and one communal dinner per week
- All surf coaching sessions per your package (1:6 coach-to-guest ratio)
- Surfboard and wetsuit hire for the duration of your package
- Return airport transfer from Agadir AGA airport (weekly packages only)
- Rooftop yoga sessions (Surf & Soul Yoga Retreat package only)
- 100+ Mbps fiber Wi-Fi throughout the riad
Not Included
- International flights and travel insurance
- Moroccan visa fees (if applicable to your nationality)
- Personal snacks, alcoholic beverages, and meals not specified above
- Transfers from Marrakech RAK airport (available at extra cost)
- Optional excursions (Paradise Valley, Imsouane day trip, sandboarding)
- Gratuities for instructors and riad staff (voluntary but appreciated)
6. Health, Fitness & Surf Safety
By booking a surf package, you confirm that you are in reasonable physical health and able to participate in ocean activities. You agree to:
- Follow all safety instructions given by Tama Surf coaches without exception.
- Not enter the ocean alone outside of supervised sessions.
- Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations in writing before arrival.
- Ensure children under 16 are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Tama Surf reserves the right to exclude any guest from water activities if their safety or the safety of others is at risk.
7. Liability
Participation in surf activities involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tama Surf is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings arising from participation in surf activities, except where caused by our negligence. Tama Surf is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events (extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Guest Conduct
All guests agree to treat fellow guests, staff, instructors, and the Tamraght community with respect; to observe local Berber customs and dress modestly in town; to keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00; to not consume alcohol excessively or use illegal substances on our premises; and to respect the ocean, beach, and natural environment. Tama Surf reserves the right to ask any guest whose behaviour is disruptive or disrespectful to vacate the premises without refund.
9. Photography & Marketing
Tama Surf may photograph or film guests during sessions and at the riad for marketing purposes. By booking, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use such images. To opt out, notify us in writing before arrival.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 days of written notice. If unsuccessful, disputes are referred to the competent courts of Agadir, Morocco. EU residents retain the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
